Well, another Spring, another flooded street out in front of my house. We've lived here 10 years, and it's always been the same. Every time it rains, we get a flood. Of course, no matter how many times I call the Village, they never do anything about it. The past few rainfalls they've actually driven out and placed signs on the road that warn of high water. Pretty helpful, as someone driving down the road might not notice they are about to drive into a lake... As the spring wears on we will get a mallard and his mate that will come for a swim in the street. We are suppose to have rain all weekend. Any bets on how close the water will get to the front door?
